• I love how they send frequent updates on the puppy; pictures, videos. When arriving to pick up my puppy it went really smooth and fast.They answered all the questions we asked and were very nice! I’m so glad that I chose this place and I’m so happy with my little puppy, Goldie (I kept her name)🥰. Thank you PupsLuv for giving me the best experience and the best little puppy!!🐶

• This was my first time dealing with a breeder of any kind and I had a really great experience with Pups Luv. I was given regular updates on Phoebe’s vet checks, her well being and was sent photo updates also. In regards to pick up, everything went very smoothly. I had to drive 4 hours to pick her up but I would do it again. Thank you for the cutest Mini Aussie!!

• This was a great experience. I was skeptical at first, but Mark was great and walked us through the entire process. We received regular updates, photo's and even videos. The facility was top notch with great staff. They explained everything very well we needed to know for our new puppy. I would recommend....

• If your thinking about buying a puppy from them this is your sign! I just picked up my Blur Merle Pomeranian pup a couple days ago and he is the sweetest thing! There’s a lot of scams on the internet but they are definitely not one (be on the look out for the ones with no address to the facility and pay attention to all google reviews) I put my deposit down through PayPal which is pretty secure to me then when the balance is due you can pay once you meet the puppy which made me feel completely comfortable. Im so happy I decided to go with this location you can tell they take great care of their puppies and I’ll definitely be coming back for my girl Pom 🥰

• The best Adoption experience I have ever had!! I was super nervous when I found pups luv online. I was scared it would be a scam! Let me tell you……it’s not! Mark was in touch with me thru the whole process! Absolutely in love with our Baby Girl!! I drove 5 hours and so worth it!!

• My experience has been so amazing with this company on getting my fur baby to me . I was a little nervous purchasing a puppy online , with all the scammers out there but Mark made everything so painless and easy ! I loved that he sent me updates of my fur baby every couple weeks until Max was delivered to me ! The delivery was also so painless they have amazing communication skills , which I appreciate! The only thing I will tell you to beware of is third party pets which is a company that processes the AKC transfer of ownership. Horrible dishonest sales people but they have nothing to do with pupsluv so it didn’t change my experience with them hence the 5 star review !

• Skeptical. For sure. Drove out to middle of no where Indiana. It’s legit. Lol. My hubby had his heart set on a Rottweiler. We started the the process with Mark and he was prompt to answer questions. When we picked her up she was clean, parasite free, healthy microchipped, and with all her information. Truly an amazing pup. Very smart. I wanted to post a review to let others know if you have the means this is a great organization to go through.

• I got a wonderful puppy through PetsLuv! Everything they did was as they said it would be. Pick up was easy and professional. All the paperwork was perfect. I would highly recommend going through PetsLuv for your adorable puppy.
  An update…First, Lisa Saletta, you get what you pay for. I sent my pup Icy (she was originally named Debbie) to resident school and they said they hadn’t had a dog that caught on as fast as she did for a long time. She is 7 months old and honestly, the most perfect dog we’ve owned and we have had many. She was in school for 13 days and knows every command she was taught and their were lots. She is so happy and playful all the time. I can’t say enough about the breeding of this pup and PupsLuv.

• The experience was great. Pick up time got confused with CST and Eastern time zone. Pick up was seamless, Dale had it all together. My Bichon puppy is awesome and came from good blood. PupsLuv is the only way to go. Great experience. Great job.
