Our purpose is to match each and every PupsLuv Puppy with their perfect forever family. That is why we guarantee your 100 percent satisfaction with your PupsLuv adoption.

You may reserve your puppy and start the adoption process with your $200.00 deposit. You will have the opportunity to meet your puppy in person before finalizing your adoption. If when you come to PupsLuv to pick up your puppy you, for some reason, determine the puppy you have reserved for adoption is not the right match for you and your family PupsLuv will transfer your $200.00 reservation deposit, less a 100.00 Veterinarian /Administration fee and applicable taxes towards your adoption of another PupsLuv Puppy of your choice. In order to transfer your deposit to another puppy you must first have visited your original puppy first.

PupsLuv 100 PERCENT SATISFACTION GUARANTEE also applies if you will be finalizing your PupsLuv adoption via one of PupsLuv’s delivery options,
PupsLuv puppy adoptions via delivery require full payment for the puppy, any puppy products, services, applicable taxes and delivery fees 5-7 days prior to scheduled delivery day.
If upon delivery, after meeting your puppy, for some reason you make the decision the puppy is not the right match for you and your family PupsLuv will transfer your total paid purchase price, less a 100.00 Veterinarian /Administration fee, delivery fee and applicable taxes towards your adoption of another PupsLuv Puppy of your choice.

PupsLuv’s 100 PERCENT SATISFACTION GUARANTEE policy applies only to PupsLuv Puppy adoptions wherein the actual adoptee is physically present at PupsLuv or physically present upon delivery, to meet their reserved PupsLuv Puppy. This will be confirmed by your delivery specialist using a valid state issued picture license or ID.
